- 4 tbsp Avocado Oil
- Taco Seasoning

- 2 Cans Black Beans
- 2 tbsp Milk
Rice
- 2 Cups Rice
- 3.5 cups Water

Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Preheat Oven to 400 °F
Peal and Dice Sweet Potatoes
Coat in oil
Season with Taco Seasoning
Roast for 10 minutes & Stir Roast 10 - 15 more or until GBD (Golden Brown & Delicious)
Black Beans
Add Drained & Rinsed Black Beans to skillet.
Heat until warm, smash 1/2 of the beans with the back of your spoon
Stir in milk until creamy
