Bakery Style Sprinkle Sugar Cookies Posted by:Katherine McCune Posted on:March 27, 2025 Comments:0 Bakery Inspired Sprinkle Cookies Prep Time : 10 minutesCook Time : 12 minutesTotal Time : 22 minutes Dry Ingredients2½ cups All Purpose Flour½ tsp Baking Powder½ tsp Baking Soda¾ tsp SaltWet Ingredient½ cup Unsalted Butter – Cold & Cubed½ cup Cream Cheese – Cubed½ cup Granulated Sugar¾ cup Powdered Sugar1 Egg2 tsp Vanilla Extract1 cup Confetti Sprinkles DirectionsPreheat oven to 375℉.Prepare cookie sheets with parchment paper.Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, & salt in food processor bowl. Pulse to combine dry ingredients.Add cubes of cold butter and cream cheese to the flour mixture. Pulse to combine until you achieve a sand texture.Add egg & vanilla while the processor is running. Blend until a thick dough comes together.Divide dough into 1½-2 tablespoon balls.Roll balls in the confetti sprinkles. Coat well. Pat in sprinkles with your hands.Space cookie balls about 2 inches apart. Gently flatten balls to until about ¼-½ inch thick.Bake for 8-12 minutes. The cookies will look slightly underbaked but will puff back up when gently touched in the center.Cook on the cookie tray for 2-4 minutes.Enjoy!
